Yikes!

I have been totally slacking in the updating my blog department. I can't say that life has been hectic, I just forgot.

I don't even know where to start. School has been going well, I'm doing fantastic in all my classes, although I am not entirely sure why. I think it may be that I don't have any distractions. It also may be that I don't have any artistic inspiration, which is a lot worse than not getting all A's. I think my writer's block is starting to melt, because I have a few ideas turning ever so unrestlessly inside my head. See, I can even make up words. It's WORKING!

The trouble is that my writers block tends to ail me only when I am on medication. In other words, happiness does not equal creativity. But how does one choose? Alas, perhaps I shall torment myself for a few short stories and then let writers block come over me again. Stay tuned!

At the current moment my two freely roaming babies (the cat and dog) are endlessly chasing each other around the living room. They have grown so much! Sadee is at that stage in her life where she needs to be fixed (which will happen soon) and Kittles is expanding in new directions, which, in felines, is a sure sign of coming of age. Luckily she still has enough perk to keep up with Sadee's puppy energy.

Other than that I've just been living the life of a college student. My days are filled with studying, writing (though not necessarily creative writing because, again, writer's block), television (I'm totally in love with Dexter and am catching up with all the episodes at current), and running our little 700 sq ft. loft. I can't wait until it warms up a bit so that I may go outside and seek inspiration from the world.

Well then, off to bed.

The Iowa caucuses were an interesting night. I really didn't expect Hillary to come in second, much less third. I think this might be a sign that she isn't a shoe in like I expected. I mean I like her, but what is she doing for education? I've been scouring the net for her plan but I can't seem to find it. Obama says hes going to do this and that, but not how, and Edwards is focused more on helping teachers in successful high poverty schools. ALL teachers need pay raises, not just the ones in high poverty areas, and ALL schools need revamping, not just those with a higher minority student body.

In personal news, school is about to start for me, and it's going to be a pretty laid back semester. I need to start reading and writing like I used to. I was a writing machine in my younger days CHECK IT OUT! www.xanga.com/iamlele
Other than that I've just been hanging out. Chris got a new car so we've been driving all over North Texas, which is why I've been so hard to get a hold of. He starts work again tomorrow (after his two week paid vacation) so I'll be around a lot more.

- Learn German
- Keep up with this blog
- Write a blog in German
- Get mad and yell in German
- Master cooking
- Take over the world

I've got a lot of work to do!

Yea, so i've had a million blogs. Here's another! I just had a smirnoff and i'm buzzing like an s.o.b. wee!

I don't know why I am writing. I just finished a ten page research paper and had two other papers due last week. Ew.

Oh well, school is almost out. I was thinking about taking college algebra during summer one but I'd rather work to save up for a new car. Maybe I can get a job at the pet store.

I think I'll go pass out now.
